Our company provides rental services of anime costumes. Rental products can only be shipped to addresses in Japan. So if you are a non-Japanese resident, you need to receive the costumes at your hotel or any kind of logging you’re staying in Japan. Please specify the hotel address as the delivery address to receive our costumes and have fun!
●Our rental process
The following is the flow of our rental process.
To find a costume, search by entering the title of the anime or the name of the character in the keyword search field (dialogue) on the top page or search by category, size or type, option that is below the keyword search box. If you find a costume you like from the search result. You can jump to the costume details from that screen. If you don’t find anything you like, try another category or keyword.
Once the products are displayed on your screen, check the size and detailed measurement of the costume. If you wish to rent it, click “add to cart” button.
The price includes deposit, which is specified for each product separately.
This deposit will be refund upon return of the product. The deposit refund may be reduced in part or in whole depending on the severity of fault, for example, if the costume is lost or damaged or stained to the extent that it cannot be recovered by regular dry cleaning.
If you want to rent more, just repeat STEP 1 and select your preferred costume with the keyword search or category search. When you have all the costumes you need, go to cart and if entries are good, go to the payment screen.
If you are using our service for the first time or if you are not registered as a member, you need to select if you want to “register as a member” or “rent without member registration” in the next screen. If you have login, you will be taken to STEP 5 directly. If you are already a member and have not login yet, login here.
You can rent costumes without member registration, but if you do become a member, you will be able to receive various services. (We will make announcements as soon as they are determined.)
We highly recommend you to become a member. If you wish to rent a costume without member registration, click the “REGISTER” button and jump to STEP 5. If you click “purchase without registering as a member”, you will be taken to the registration screen, which is the next step.
When you set your e-mail and password in the registration screen, you will be taken to “My Page”. Please enter your address. You can leave the ship to address as blank. Or if you have a friend in Japan who can receive the costumes, you can put that person’s address here. If you leave the address section blank, you will still have a chance to set the address when you place your order. You can also register from the “Membership” button, which is on the lower left hand side of the top screen.
Check the products in your cart, enter the preferred day of use (please select a day at least 1 week ahead). Please enter your ship to address.
Please check what you have put in the cart. If another person has ordered and paid for the same item at almost the same time for the same period, it may result in a double booking. In that case, we will send you an e-mail from email@example.com.
The costumes will be shipped 3 days prior to the day of use from our company to the designated ship to address. Please return the costumes to our company promptly after use. The costumes should arrive to our company no later than 3 days after the day of use. The total 7-day period will be considered as the rental period. If you wish to rent the costumes for more than 7 days, please send us a note on the inquiry form and we will see what we can do.
The costumes may arrive earlier or later than the preferred day of use depending on traffic. If the costumes have not arrived on the day of use, please let us know, unless you missed the delivery on your own fault.

When you enter the ship to address the delivery charge will be automatically calculated.
However, if you are shipping to Okinawa prefecture or any other remote island (like Ogasawara islands etc.), the delivery charge will not be calculated automatically. In such a case, we will manually check the delivery charge and notify you by e-mail.
Please make sure your friend or hotel is well aware of the delivery in advance.
In principle, we only accept payments in PayPal. Remittance is only available for those who have a Japanese bank account, which allows you to remit the priced amount and receive deposit refunds from our company (deposit refund account field).
The price includes deposit and shipping costs. The deposit amount is individually described on the products page. Please enter your deposit refund account to receive a refund. If you are paying by PayPal, please put your PayPal account name (e-mail address) in this section. Please see the deposit section for more details. You need to set your own bank account information on PayPal to transfer the deposit refund amount to your own bank account. Please check the PayPal website for transaction fee and other details. 。
If you are paying by remittance, please complete the transaction using the following bank account 1 day prior to the date of shipment (date of shipment is 3 days prior to the day of use). You will need to bare the remittance transaction fee. If we cannot confirm the payment before the delivery day, the order will be cancelled. Please use your name as the remitting person’s name in your payment.

As described earlier, please specify a Japanese bank account for the deposit refund account. We cannot refund to a non-Japanese bank account, so please make sure to use a Japanese bank account.
If all entries are correct, click “Order” in case of bank remittance or click “Pay by PayPal” if you are paying in PayPal.
In case of bank remittance, you will jump to STEP 6. If you are paying by PayPal, you will be taken to the PayPal website, so please complete the payment with your credit card.
The PayPal website is a third party website, so we will not be able to address any issues that is caused by that website. Please be reminded that we will not be able to warrant any loss of damage caused by the PayPal website.
When you have completed the PayPal transaction, you will be brought back to our website and jump to the payment completion screen, which is STEP 7.

The following is STEP 7.
When the payment is complete, you will receive a ”new order update” e-mail to the address that you registered.
The costumes will be shipped 3 days prior to the preferred date of use. When the shipment is complete, you will receive “shipment completion” e-mail. The products will normally arrive 2 days prior to the date of use. If the costumes do not arrive 1 day prior to the date of use, please send us a note to firstname.lastname@example.org. The “shipment completion” e-mail will contain a Sagawa Express tracking number that will allow you to check the delivery status on the following website.

If the costumes do not arrive on the day of use, it could be due to a delivery accident. In that case, we will consider this as a cancellation due to our failure and fully refund the price that you have paid. However you need to bare the PayPal transaction fee. We will e-mail the refund details to you separately.
The box used for delivery will come in handy when you ship the costumes back. So we recommend that you hold on to it.
We hope you fully enjoy the cosplay event with our costumes on the day of use.
If you have stained, damaged or lost the costume, please send a note to email@example.com. Your deposit refund amount will be reduced depending on the severity of the damage or stain. You can find more details in the deposit section below.
The next day of the event, please return the costumes. We have also included the return delivery slip in the box. You will need to bare the return delivery costs. The delivery slip is a Sagawa Express slip. If your hotel accepts Sagawa shipments, you can send it from your hotel. If they don't, you can always go to the nearest convenience store that accepts Sagawa packages. If you lost your return delivery slip, get one yourself and use the following address to send back the costumes. If you don't know how to fill out the slip, please send us a note to firstname.lastname@example.org.

When we receive back the costumes, we will check the condition within 3 days from arrival. If there is no problem, we will send you a “return completion and deposit refund detail” e-mail. The e-mail will contain the deposit refund date with PayPal.
If the costumes are damaged, stained or missing in any way, we will notify you separately with the reduced deposit amount.
The anime costumes are unique with various accessories, which make them different from regular clothing. Please make sure the size matches you based on the size details set out in the product description section. Accessories such as gloves and hats do not come in different sizes, so we are not able to give the ones your size. We do not accept cancellations due to wrong size or because the costume does not fit you.
If you receive the wrong costume or if the costumes are already damaged upon delivery, please send us a note to email@example.com and we may treat your order as a cancellation considering the circumstances.
In the following cases, the order will be considered as cancelled and your money will be returned to your PayPal account with a cancellation fee of 0 to 100% depending on the circumstances. The shipping costs will be returned if we do not ship the costumes, if there is a delivery accident or if you have the wrong costume.

*1) E-mails must arrive before 15:00 p.m. Japan time. Any e-mail after 15:00 will be considered as an e-mail received on the following day.
*2) Cancellation charge is (rental price – deposit) X reduction rate. The deposit will be fully refunded though you need to bare the PayPal transaction fee.
We have a deposit system to ensure a smooth business transaction even in case of loss, damage, or stain of a product. The deposit amount is described in each product page. The deposit amount will be fully refunded to your PayPal account when the costumes are returned in good condition, though you need to bare the PayPal transaction fee. In the following circumstances, your deposit refund amount will be reduced.

3 days prior and 3 days after the day of use will be considered as the shipment period. So the rental period is basically 1 week. If you keep the costumes for more than 1 week, it will be considered as an extension. The extension charge is (price - deposit) X 10% per 1 extended day. We will reduce the extension charge will be reduced from your deposit. If you wish to have an extension, please send us a note to firstname.lastname@example.org.
